This brief examines the positive impact from 10 years of AmplifyChange support in some of the most contested areas of SRHR in highly conservative contexts: comprehensive sexuality education, LGBTIQ rights, and access to comprehensive abortion care. By analysing impact study reports from Zimbabwe, Cameroon, Pakistan and India conducted in 2024 and early 2025, the report shines a light on the difference that consistent support to grassroots movements can make, even in the darkest of times.
