Lucas is a committed sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) activist, having worked with Frontline AIDS, Rutgers and HIVOS in the past. Lucas brings strong experience in operational leadership, change management and grant-making, risk management and mitigation.
The Board will soon be announcing the appointment of a new CEO, who will start in January 2022. These appointments are key steps in the transition process of the newly independent AmplifyChange.
