Movement building

Social movements are an essential part of social change.

Social movements have played a critical role in the establishment and sustaining of sexual and reproductive health and rights throughout history. We’ve seen first-hand that networks of loosely coordinated civil society organisations and active citizens make more impact as a collective than when they work independently or in competition. But for an individual organisation or group of activists it can be difficult to see how to act to strengthen the movement that they are part of.

Here you can find tools to help you to strengthen your local movement for sexual and reproductive health and rights.

This is the first in a series of three films about movement building for AmplifyChange grantees and applicants. This first film focusses on how to start or grow your movement.
