Network grants are now open for applications. Applications must be submitted via our grants portal by Tuesday, 31 July 2018, 5:00pm (BST).
Click here to apply now via our grants portal.
Applying for a Network grant is a two-step process:
Firstly, organisations interested in applying for a Network grant must complete an online concept note.
Applications must be submitted online via the grants portal on this website . The online application process is easy to use and will automatically save your application as you fill in your details. You can also revisit your application as many times as you wish prior to submitting the application.
To access the online application form please do the following:
1. Go to the AmplifyChange grants dashboard
2. Click on the button: ‘Begin Application'
3. This will take you through a series of eligibility checks. If you are eligible you will be able to access the online application form.
4. The online concept note form must be completed online. You will be able to download a PDF of the application at any point during your submission, however this PDF cannot be edited.
Secondly, AmplifyChange will notify groups of the outcome of the concept note stage.
Groups invited to submit full applications will receive further guidance on any requirements in relation to preparation of full applications.
If you need any support when submitting your application please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org

Coalitions and Consortia
AmplifyChange defines a coalition as an established partnership, consortium or group of organisations who cooperate and work together to achieve common goals or a joint mission and who may share a collective identity for the purpose. Network grantees will not be able to sub-grant or on-grant AmplifyChange funds to numerous other civil society organisations. But we recognise that coalitions need a shared approach on resources.
In the case of coalitions and consortia, the lead applicant will be the primary recipient organisation of AmplifyChange funding - the ‘grantee’, and will be solely responsible and accountable for the use of grant funds. The lead applicant will be expected to report on and account for the total sum of any grant shared among consortium partners. The funds allocated to consortium members must be detailed by line item in the project budget, and reported on by the primary ‘grantee’ in all financial reports.
AmplifyChange does support sub-contracting from the lead applying organisation to partner organisations in a coalition. Sub-contract budgeted costs can be shared amongst coalition partners as long as they are clearly detailed and reflected in the project budget of the applying organisation.
If you are applying as part of or on behalf of a coalition, the lead or coordinating organisation should complete the application. The lead applicant organisation should answer questions in Section 1 with information about their organisation and should provide information on the coalition and partners in Section 2 of the application form. We suggest you read the application form through in full before completing it.
